2020 Christmas Car Challenge!

We are donating $100 for every car sold (new and preowned) to The Salvation Army of Augusta, Dec 1-24!

Our annual Christmas Car Challenge has raised a grand total of $192K for The Salvation Army of Augusta. They use these funds to provide food, clothing, toys for Christmas, and financial assistance for rent and utilities through their Social Services Assistance Program. All donations are utilized right here.

December 1-4 and on December 7, 12PM-8PM

The Gerald Jones team is supporting The Salvation Army of Augusta by ringing the bells at the Kroger on Columbia Road, just behind Gerald Jones Auto Group. This is time donated by the Jones Family and the team members; we have a friendly competition with other Bell Ringer Groups to see who can raise the most money for The Salvation Army of Augusta during our allotted time. We’ve won a couple times! Come see us the first few days of December at the Kroger on Columbia Road.

Subaru Loves to Help & Subaru Share the Love

Subaru Loves to Help

More than 500,000 Americans experience homelessness each night. This November, as part of Subaru Loves to Help and in recognition of National Homeless Youth Awareness Month, Subaru and Gerald Jones Subaru will be donating 50,000 blankets to local homeless shelters across the country to help youth and all people who are without homes. Our blankets are being donated to the Augusta Dream Center. As we enter the season of giving, and nights get colder, we want to do our part in making a difference to those who need our help.

 

Subaru Share the Love

November 19 – January 4 | For every new Subaru purchased at Gerald Jones Subaru, we will donate $250 to the customerā€™s chosen participating charity. Our local charity is The Augusta Dream Center. They serve low income, homeless, and underserved individuals and families in the Augusta/South Augusta communities with a food pantry, clothes closet, Sunday meals, and healthcare services. All free to those in need.

Now through January 4th, $5.00 will be donated to our hometown charities each time a customer has their car serviced at Gerald Jones Subaru!

Thunder Over Evans Postponed Until 2021

Thunder Over Evans may be postponed until May 15, 2021, but we hope you will continue to celebrate those who serve on this Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 16. We are a proud sponsor of this incredible event and look forward to celebrating with you next year!

Gerald Jones Subaru Donates $8,605 to the Augusta Canal

Gerald Jones Subaru fulfilled their Subaru Share the Love commitment by presenting a check of $8,605 to the Augusta Canal National Heritage Area on Tuesday, May 5th. The virtual presentation was made through a live Instagram video shared between the two organizations at noon. Charles Beasley, Gerald Jones Subaru General Manager, and Kristen McDowell, Gerald Jones Subaru Love Promise Coordinator, presented the Share the Love donation to Ms. Julianna Shurtleff, Development and Outreach Manager of the Augusta Canal National Heritage Area.
 
Gerald Jones Subaru’s Share the Love event was from November 2019-January 2020. With every new car sold, Subaru donated $250 to a charity chosen by Subaru customers.  As the Gerald Jones Subaru home charity, customers chose the Augusta Canal National Heritage Area to to be the recipient of this year’s Share the Love event.

Gerald Jones Ford Lincoln Makes a ‘Big Wish’ for Area Children

When The Lincoln Motor Company asked area dealerships to share ā€˜wishesā€™ that exist in our local communities, Brian Winters, the General Manager of Gerald Jones Ford Lincoln, responded with a big wish for our local children. He asked The Lincoln Motor Company to help Gerald Jones Ford Lincoln give a Merry Christmas to underprivileged children of the CSRA through a donation of $1000.00 to Toys for Tots. Mr. Winters had already launched a radio campaign earlier in the month, sharing that Gerald Jones Ford Lincoln would match all toy donations dropped off at the dealership. The response was an overwhelming outpour from the community to those in need. After matching the gifts, The Lincoln Motor Companyā€™s additional $1000.00 donation was the cherry on top of what will be a better Christmas for these children.

Gerald Jones Auto Group Recognized for Excellent Finance & Insurance Team

 

Wow! What a September! F&I and Showroom Magazine announced they had selected Gerald Jones Auto Group as one of their 2017 F&I Pacesetters.

What does this mean? It means that our Finance and Insurance Team has been recognized across all eight Gerald Jones Auto Group brands as being excellent in their field. Criteria for the award included: our policies, practices, procedures, ethics, leadership roles held in our industry, and our support of the community. We were also proud to share our Better Business Bureau A+ rating for all eight auto group brands.

How does this help our customers? It means that our F&I Team brings years of personal experience with lenders, paired with excellent customer service and business integrity.
